Mind
Experience yourself in a deeper way through insight about your thinking style and how you interact with others. We offer state-of-the-art psychological assessments that allow us to explore deeper into your personality and understand burnout in the context of your inner landscape. You will meet for a one-on-one consultation with a psychologist to implement this knowledge and set intentions at the beginning of the retreat. You will also meet at the end of the retreat to set goals for new behaviors at home.
We also offer experiential education sessions where you learn wellness information and how to incorporate that knowledge into real life. Option to receive 5 hours of continuing education credit for psychologists and LPCs.
Body
Integrate your body into your wellness journey. Learn about your nervous system by monitoring your heart rate variability and see in real time how your body responds to laughter, connection, journaling, and time alone. Gain new ways of rejuvenating on a daily basis through red light exposure for eyesight and understanding of your circadian regulation.
Soul
Greet the sunrise with meditation and yoga. Hike, laugh, journal, and engage with the beautiful surroundings of Breckenridge, Colorado. Relax during a facial to rejuvenate your skin and quiet your mind. Close out your day with a sunset hike, conversation around a campfire, or resting in a hot tub.
