Colorado Women's Collaborative Healthcare
Rebecca Richey, PsyD
Rebecca Richey, Psy.D., MSCP, LCSW, MBA is the clinical director of Colorado Women's Collaborative Healthcare, a clinical space dedicated to neurodivergence testing for women, girls, and gender diverse folx. Her clinical and research interests focus on women's health, burnout, integrated care, plant and pharmaceutical science, and advocacy. A past president of the Colorado Psychological Association, Dr. Richey is currently in training to become one of Colorado's first psychologist prescribers.
Enrich Relationship Center of Colorado
Heidi Sauder, PhD
Heidi A Sauder, PhD, is the owner of Enrich Relationship Center in Centennial, Colorado. This doctoral level practice focuses on relationship health, healing trauma, ADHD, and grief work. Dr. Sauder is a Certified Gottman Therapist and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. Her passion is helping people connect with themselves and have fun in their relationships.

Clinical Psychologist
Michelle Frank, PsyD
Michelle takes an active, compassionate, and strengths-forward approach to help clients experience growth and healing. She specializes in working with individuals (teens and adults) and partners/couples impacted by ADHD and a wide range of challenges, including infidelity, emotional disconnection, conflict management difficulties, and the transition to parenthood.
Licensed Professional Counselor
Tina Mansfield, PhD
Tina is an experienced, affirming, compassionate, and involved clinician. Dr. Nirk provides expert guidance and compassionate care with persons struggling with intractable depression, chronic illness, imposter syndrome, substance dependence, sexual difficulties related to health conditions, and anxiety. She has an area of focus in terminal illness, customized faith-based care, and generational grief and loss.

Olga Kost
Olga is the owner of Like No Other Skin and Nail Care located in Highlands Ranch, CO. She will be joining us on our Beaver Run retreat to offer facials and other quality salon services to enhance your stay and create relaxation.
Behavioral Analyst
Jim Pavlik, MA
Jim is the Executive Director of Integrated Family Wellness, Training & Consulting, which encapsulates Colorado Women's Collaborative Healthcare. He also works as the Sr. Program & Policy Analyst at the Behavioral Health and Wellness Program at the University of Colorado—Anschutz Medical Campus. In addition, he is currently in training for certification in Psychedelic Coaching. He has over 12 years of experience in public mental health as a behavioral analyst and coach, health communicator, researcher, trainer, and curriculum designer.
