The retreat is tailored to help participants effectively manage stress and prevent burnout, facilitated by experienced mental health professionals.

Who can attend the retreat?

The retreat is open to individuals seeking to enhance their mental well-being, regardless of background or profession; however, we are offering CE credits for psychologists and other behavioral health professionals.

What activities are included in the retreat?

Participants can expect a diverse array of activities, including workshops, group discussions, mindfulness sessions, and outdoor excursions amidst the scenic beauty of Breckenridge.

Are accommodations provided during the retreat?

​Yes, accommodations are included in the retreat package to ensure a comfortable and immersive experience.

Is the retreat suitable for individuals with specific mental health concerns?

The retreat is designed to offer general strategies for stress management and burnout prevention. However, individuals with specific mental health concerns are encouraged to consult with the organizers beforehand to determine if the retreat meets their needs.

Are meals provided during the retreat?

Yes, nutritious meals for breakfast and lunch are included to nourish both body and mind throughout the retreat.

​How do I register for the retreat?

Registration details, including pricing and availability, can be found on the retreat's official webpage or by contacting the organizers directly.

Is transportation to Breckenridge included in the retreat package?

​Transportation to and from Breckenridge is not included in the retreat package. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel arrangements.

What COVID-19 precautions are in place for the retreat?

The organizers are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants and will adhere to recommended guidelines and protocols to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 transmission. Specific measures may vary and will be communicated to registered participants closer to the retreat dates.

What is the refund policy?

Thank you for choosing to attend our retreat. We strive to create a meaningful and enriching experience for all participants. Please review our refund policy carefully before making your reservation.


1. Cancellation by the Participant:


More than 30 Days Before the Retreat: If you cancel more than 30 days before the retreat start date, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $250 administrative fee.


30 Days or Less Before the Retreat: Cancellations made 30 days or less before the retreat start date are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another participant with prior approval.


2. Transfer of Reservation:


If you need to transfer your reservation to another person, please notify us at least 7 days before the retreat start date. Transfers are subject to a $100 transfer fee and the new participant must meet any eligibility requirements.


3. Cancellation by the Retreat Organizer:


Retreat Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. We are not responsible for any other expenses incurred, such as travel or accommodation costs.


Retreat Modification: If we need to make significant changes to the retreat schedule or location, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to accept the changes or receive a full refund.


4. Special Circumstances:


Medical Emergencies: In the case of a medical emergency that prevents you from attending, we require a doctor's note to process a refund. We will review these requests on a case-by-case basis.


Force Majeure: We are not liable for refunds or compensation for events outside of our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstances.


5. How to Request a Refund:


To request a refund or transfer, please contact us via email at drsauder@enrichcenter.org with your reservation details. We will process your request as quickly as possible and notify you once it has been completed.

By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this refund policy.
