Retreat
Itinerary
Day 1
On day one of the retreat, you will wake in complete luxury. Your personal studio, complete with newly updated showers, has everything you need to prepare yourself for a full day of learning and rediscovering you. We will start the day by greeting the sun through a series of healing and supportive yoga poses, featuring a breathtaking mountain backdrop. Breakfast will then be served poolside, where you will have time to indulge in the brisk indoor/outdoor pool, or to explore one of the many individual hot tubs available. After taking some time to relax and recenter, we will move to our educational session.
Before we meet on Day 1, you will complete the Millon Index of Personality Styles (MIPS) from the comfort of your own home. The MIPS is a valid, reliable, and confidential psychological assessment meant to help you (and us) understand your coping styles, motivational influences, and interpersonal approach. After you complete it, skilled psychologists will score and interpret the results and artfully prepare them for you. On Day 1 of the retreat, we will dig into the results, explaining in detail the elements that make up your personality. Your unique psychological makeup will be revealed to you, along with ways in which each of your distinctive personality patterns may be contributing to burnout or compassion fatigue. We will then use this information to help you craft an individual, tailored path forward. This scientific approach will support you as you work your way through feelings of burnout to a healthier, stronger you!
After the educational session, lunch will be served. Made from delicious, locally sourced ingredients, our lunch options are meant to nourish your body and your brain. After lunch, you will have the opportunity to engage in one (or more!) of many activities; or, you can take the time to relax, rejuvenate, and enjoy the many amenities. Day 1 activities include neurofeedback and a soothing facial given by a professional esthetician. You can also take some time to explore beautiful Breckenridge, enjoy Beaver Run resort, or just relax and soak in the morning’s information.
Dinner will be on your own, giving you the opportunity to delve into the bustling nightlife of Breckenridge. Highly-rated restaurants, wineries, and breweries abound to serve your gustatory needs. You can also choose to have a cozy dinner at Spencer’s, Beaver Run’s delicious on-site restaurant.
After dinner we will wind down, offering a sunset hike into the majestic hills. This hike will allow us to settle our minds and our bodies, preparing us for a night of rest. The hike will be followed by a cheery bonfire, where treats can be roasted and savored. If you prefer, you can retire to your private or shared suite to have your own fire in your ensuite fireplace.

Day 2
You will awaken to start the day with a gentle yoga session or a quiet soak in a hot tub. You will be served breakfast that you may enjoy with other retreat guests or you are free to take this back to your room if you prefer solo time.
Our educational session will focus on how to utilize what you have learned about your personality with additional insights about emotional drivers and how to balance these to create a life of meaning.
A lovely lunch will be served and then you will have time for a facial, guided journaling, a hike, or personal time.
We will meet back up after dinner to converse on any pieces of the day that need processing and to enjoy each other’s company by the fire pit.

Day 3
We will meet for brunch and close out our learning with a step by step plan on how to take what you have learned and put it into practice at home.
